Quality Control is the most important aspect of our business. Due to our vast experience in dealing with the military and other government agencies we are quite aware of the importance of quality control. At Qualified Fasteners, Inc., each and every item that we sell is completely traceable by its heat or lot number. In order to insure conformance to the applicable specification, each item is sent to an independent test lab for physical and nondestructive testing.
In order for an item to be shipped from Qualified Fasteners, the item must not only pass testing from the lab but it must also meet the standards of our own in house inspection program. Our in house inspection program, certified to MIL-I-45208A, includes: dimensional inspection, ring gauging, tri-roll gauging, hardness testing and a plating thickness check if applicable.
